MANUFACTURING API’S
Lycos Chemtech offers various services for you. We are in a position to undertake long-term contracts for manufacturing.
At Present We have total production capacity is 25 Metric Ton, in which we can produce 1 MT Corticosteroids API, 4 MT General API and 20 MT Pharmaceutical Intermediate. We have separate Manufacturing Facility for Corticosteroids, General API and Intermediate.
We have Well Equipped Manufacturing Facility which includes Various GMP SS Reactors, GMP Glass Lined Reactors, Agitator Nutch Filter, Centrifuge, Rotocon Vaccume Dryer, Tray Dryer, Vacuum Tray Dryer, Fluid Bed Dryer, Glass Line Assembly Etc. We have Isolaters with Milling and Sifting For High Potent Steroids. For Quality Control We have well Equipped Wet lab, Instrument Lab , Micro Lab and general testing facility.
Facilitates the storage of Raw materials as per the prescribed conditions:
Temperature Controlled room for storing materials below 25 degree centigrade.
Cold Storage provided to store raw materials prescribed for storage between 2 to 8 degree centigrade.
