Mr.Rupesh is Founder Director of lycos Chemtech. He had more than 15 years experience of working in Multinational company in Sterile Production, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Departments. Mr. Rupesh Handled Successful Regulatory Audits like GMP, GLP, WHO etc. He is first Genration Enterpreneur. Mr. Rupesh Won Operational Excellence Award and many other accreditation in various performance.
Mr.Rupesh hold Degree of M.V.Sc. ( Master of veterinary science) and vast experience in vaccine manufacturing.

Mr.Bhavesh Gadhiya is the founder Director of Lycos Chemtech. and has extensive industrial experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A first generation entrepreneur, Mr. Bhavesh has won numerous awards and recognitions, in Business and Charity Work. He is Visionary, Polite and Best Human in nature. Apart From Business he involved in many Social, Environmental and humanitarian movements. He is team builder and person of fascinated personality.
Mr. Gadhiya is also President of Samvedana Charitable Trust, NGO of charity work in Healthcare. Mr. Gadhiya is Trustee in Vivekanand Education Trust. Which is doing educational activity in tribal area. Mr.Gadhiya Is a Rotarian from RC SURAT EAST In Rotary International Dist..3060.

MR. SAMIR PARIKH is founder director of Lycos Chemtech. He has 25 YEARS extensive industrial experience in the Bulk Drug and Pharmaceutical Intermediate field. Mr. Parikh Did many product development work in corticosteroids and Piparazine Derivatives. He Lead bulk Drug Plants in all segments of operations. Mr. Parikh has intensive study in GMP and Regulatory. Mr. Parikh is Task Oriented Leader and strong Team Builder.
Mr. Parikh Hold Degree of M.Sc. In organic Chemistry. Mr. Parikh Also Completed study Industrial Safety from University.
